Hi, welcome to The Fabric of Yoga. Yoga became a safe and nurturing space for me when I needed it most, and my goal is to create that same space for my students. Whether you’re looking to build strength, find calm, or simply breathe, I’m here to support you on your journey.

More about me

I’m Giulia, a yoga teacher passionate about guiding others through mindful and breath-focused practices. I specialise in Hatha and slower styles of yoga that encourage deep connection and presence.

My personal practice is rooted in Hatha and Ashtanga, both of which inspire me with their emphasis on internal observance and meditation.

I teach both adults and kids, creating a supportive space for all ages to explore yoga as a pathway to balance, strength, and self-discovery.

The Practice

Even when there isn’t a scheduled class on the calendar, yoga continues.

The Fabric of Yoga is rooted in:
  • Breath awareness

  • Functional strength

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Accessible movement

  • Safe and inclusive spaces

My background includes:
  • Hatha Yoga: balancing strength and flexibility through breath and posture

  • Slow Flow Vinyasa: mindful, breath-led movement

  • Children’s & Teens Yoga: nurturing confidence, emotional awareness and playful movement

While there are no current class offerings, I’m always open to future opportunities and connections.
