Classes

I offer a variety of yoga styles to support your mind-body wellness journey. Hatha yoga focuses on balancing strength and flexibility through postures and breathwork, making it an excellent foundation for all levels. Slow Flow Vinyasa connects movement with breath in a mindful, gentle rhythm, ideal for building fluidity and presence. Yin yoga offers deep, meditative stretches held for longer durations, promoting relaxation and joint health.

 

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, there’s a class here for you. Let’s flow, stretch, and breathe together!

Children & Teens Yoga

I work also work with community organisations such as SoapBox, Dragon Hall and KTCC Red Cross, which are dedicated to youth engagement and support, to provide yoga classes for young people as part of their club programs.
